about your photo shoot
• Be on time, or better yet, be early. You don't want your shoot to be rushed.
• Coordinate your wardrobe selections. A consistent look is always better.
• A professional hair & makeup stylist can be added to your shoot.
• Ask about adding a stylist when we schedule your photo shoot.
• Suggest photo ideas prior to your shoot date.
• Your shoot's location will be determined when your photo shoot is scheduled.
• Printed proofs sets will be mailed to you in 1-2 weeks.
• Your proof website will be available within five business days.
• Your login and password will be emailed to you when your website is posted.

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Any outstanding balance is due at the photo shoot.
• When your payment is received you will be contacted to schedule your shoot.
• Most photo shoots occur within 2-3 weeks of the booking.
• You must provide 48 hours notice to reschedule your photo shoot.
• Anyone arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
• Images are for your private use and display. Commercial use is prohibited.
